This Week’s Wood Floor Molding: T-Molds

It’s moldings time again!  In this second installment in our mini-series about wood floor moldings, BuildDirect Co-Founder Rob Banks talks about a common, and very useful, wood floor molding: the T-mold, or T-molding.  Take a look!

When looking to transition one flooring surface – like a wood floor – to another surface that’s on the same level, such as another variety of wood floor or even a tile floor, T-molds are the go-to molding. For doorways in particular, T-molds make for the perfect finishing piece to a flooring installation.

Cheers!

Rob.
