I just got back from a vacation to Mexico with my family. It sure was nice to get out of the Vancouver rain and have some real rest and relaxation. oh ya!!! and some surfing too.
While there, our family went for breakfast one day at Rollie’s restaurant. Rollie moved down to Sayulita, Mexico in his70′s and opened a restaurant with his wife Jeanne. The place is amazing because of Rollie’s passion for his business. You can tell he loves every minute of it. He serves, tells stories to the customers, and makes sure everything is absolutely perfect. He and his son even wrote a song about the restaurant which he sings to the diners each morning. The place is the busiest place in Sayulita because Rollie has a passion for what he does…..and it shows.

If you ever find yourself in Sayulita, make sure you stop in and say hi to Rollie…..You’ll be glad you did.
