Yesterday I was asked a question that I am often asked and I thought it deserved a blog post. The question I was asked is "Where is your call center?" I always answer the same..... Adobe's flash technology allows companies to deliver rich web experiences for its users. The problem in the past with using the technology is that the search engines could not index the flash files.
