Cheers for comments, Jamie. The great thing about many of these people listed is that they’re not just a stream of tips and links. They’re real people who inject some insight into their personal lives too. Twitter, as you know, is all about the balance between being useful and being personable.
Thanks again for comments!
We are honored to be in such great company. Thanks!
Hey, thanks for being such a great resource!

You’re welcome, Sabrina. We’re glad the list has been useful. And thanks for comments too!
Great list. Will be very useful to many people as they look to save a little money and do some work themselves. Thanks for posting this.

Yup. Lots of great people in the home improvement space, and these are just ten favourites. There are more favourites of ours (10 is just a nice round number). Twitter has allowed access to great information from people who talk back.
Thanks for comments.
Great list guys, being newer to Social media I enjoy finding new people to follow and all of these people are top notch. Thought I would share my twitter handle if anyone wants to connect on there… http://twitter.com/ricksfencing – Thanks again!
Hi,
Thanks for the info.
I will have to look these ones up.
Following these people would sure be a great idea. New tips and ideas always make such a world of difference when it comes to home improvement. Finding affordable home remodeling companies is still so difficult. Any suggestions for choosing Massachusetts remodeling companies or experts in that area?
I have to say I’m just picking up on the social media as well. I’ve just added those guys and hopefully I can get some good tips on (specifically) how to use social media in the contracting world.
ps- follow me on twitter too! http://twitter.com/decksnfences
Thanks
Hey Ryan – thanks. Most of the people on the list here I started off just admiring. And now many of them are social media allies of ours; they help me and I help them. That’s what it’s all about! And consider yourself followed!
Thanks for comments!
I already had one or two of these but just discovered another couple that are just what I was looking for. Cheers for list.

I always assumed that twitter was just for following friends. I didn’t realise that you could follow experts like these. Keep up the good work!
Many people would rather use Facebook that Twitter, so was wondering if you fancied coming up with a Facebook list as well. Or maybe I could research it and send the details to you. Let me know.
Twitter and Facebook have several such expert profiles, but you will have a very difficult time to find such a profile. During one such search, I came across your list….it is going to be of great help.
