So let’s assume you have visited our website, found a product that fits your taste and budget, ordered a sample of that product to ensure the look and feel of the product is to your liking, then what? First, you decide to buy. You confirm and pay for your order.
Then you will receive an email confirmation to notify you your order has been completed. Our team here at BuildDirect are now processing your order to get it to you in the pre agreed delivery time. I will assume this is a residential delivery and not a customer pick up (when you pick it up yourself at the warehouse).
Once your product has arrived in your geographic area, one of our shipping staff will personally call you to schedule delivery with you. Your product is one step closer to you.
